Probably cause
1: it's not wallpaper format.
2: it's using copyright drawings and characters.
If you make it 800X600, and hand draw the characters, I'm sure they wouldn't have a fit about it.
But I like it, never thought about that couple... But yet again, I don't like Captain Falcon either =/
