I've dealt with two different meshes (objects) and moved certain parts of the heads geometry to match the bodies neck.
In blender tutorials I found out about snapping vertices from one mesh to another, a great way for accurately modding.
I also figured how to parent an 'empty' to the armature to scale heads down.
I'm still learning stuff so i'm going to practice a bit more before my next attempt at modding.
