Anyways, here's the "teacher" segment of my comment:
I dig that you made his cape/hood look regal by adding the fur lining. It reflects his royal blood. That said, slow down when you're sketching the hands! Use your construction lines! You know of what I speak!

and yes i do u____u this was really more of a sketch in itself but i really did need to slow down with those silly hands, blast them.
though i guess my recent project will have me doing lots of those
