Description
a slightly older project from school, it was a dragon seperated into 4 halves by the four elements i chose to represent it.Top left= ice
Top right = Wind
Bottom left = Fire
Bottom Right= Earth
i could have done far better on the fire and wind but i had already colored so much and didn't want to start over, i can picture myself trying this again in the future, although the elements may be different this time.
i know i haven't posted anything in a while so this is an attempt to make up for that, i've been working with concepts for LPL, getting the story and ideas down as fast as i can. Thallamus and Gabasian will soon make their first appearances on DA, plz look forward to that, i know i will ^^
i'm way into pirates now

The green one was supposed to be wind, looking back i probably could have done a better nature element. But yep, its wind.

The one limb is bothering me a bit, but other than that this is awesome.

alot of my friends say that too, it may actually be off, but i find that when you focus on the shape of the body and try to imagine it as one dragon the limb appears to flow better. the positioning of the head, the shoulder and the sharp contrast of the element change creates an akward appearance for that limb.

thanks the earth turned out to be my favorite too, it was the last one i wanted to do because i thought it'd be difficult, but i feel i pulled it off well ^^

Actually I also like the ice part,the head and tail looks really nice, but the tail looks kinda weird for me

to be honest my scanner doesn't do this picture much justice
the original looks so much better and i had to mess around with the lighting to get it show up dark enough, some of the colors can't even be differed on this, for example the fire part seems like one big red color, but on the original you can see the lighter under part and the shadows are clearly defining the magma rocks.
but i never hope for much with my scanner lol ^^
