the shadow saposed to be popping up .. its like turning into a real hand as if its about to grab her u see wht im saying?

I think the colouring's pretty nice and the creepiness is definitely there, but how come you can see the monster's shadow? She's standing in front of a window with her own shadow naturally falling on the oppositre of the light, while the monster's shadow goes in a different direction... I'm afraid you got your light sources mixed up Don't worry though, that happens quite often in pictures like that.

On the other hand... Maybe monsters cast different shadows than humans. Yeah, that explanation may do the trick
