- Silver had wandered out of the basin and got caught in a storm where Rainy and her old Feraligatr Jaws saved his life
- Even though his father didn't approve of Silver communicating with the human he and Rainy got along and soon the flock got used to her and she would visit them often
- One day Rainy gave him his bandanna which at the time the young chick pretty much drowned in
- It fits him now
- When the war started and his father left them he and his brother stayed in the basin while the others left
- Finally they left realizing their father and the others weren't coming back and went looking for Rainy
- He's grown to hate his father for not only abandoning them but the rest of Johto as well
- He is so happy to be back with her and to finally be her Pokemon officially
- He knew Hera. She is a lot older than he is and she was pretty much fully grown when he was born
- Those are fluffy feathers on his head, he's had them since he was little and it can't seem to control it to save his life
