This is Naomi Mei. Currently, as you might've seen in my cutesy drawings, she's a Glaceon pokehuman. This is her many years back {seven years to be exact} when she was still just a Glaceon.
Here's an explanation:

Naomi was born and raised by a trainer named Dallas Carswell. He was a wanted criminal, and when he added his elite team, which included Naomi the Glaceon, to his crimes, he and his Pokémon became the most wanted in both Kalos and Hoenn. The crimes in which the team performed ranged from simple robberies to mass murders. Naomi was cold {get it} and elusive, topping off her elegance with deadly precision; she and her other team members were very close. Their work was always synchronized without plan. They simply "worked" together.
Authorities had no clue what they were up against. Footage of the team was usually blurry and vandalized, possibly from the psychic type of the team. Nobody knew Carswell's name up until three years after his first crime.

That is, until, one plan went completely wrong.
It was a warehouse raid. The idea was simple: kill and destroy anyone and anything within the old building. Simple enough.
The entire warehouse was surrounded by the military, armed to the teeth with bombs, guns, and stun guns. Before the operation even began, Carswell was shot twice in the head.
Suddenly leaderless, the team fell apart quickly, and another team member was shot and killed. The remaining five Pokémon were captured alive.
With authorities believing that they didn't deserve the luxury of prison life, they were all put into confidential government experiments. The creation of Pokehumans.
Two more team members died during the process, and those who survived included Naomi {who changed her name to her last name, Mei}, Staraptor, and Medicham.
The three managed to escape, all on their own at different times, and they have not seen each other since then.
