A very long time ago this was given as a gift to a daughter who had only begun to appreciate her father's sacrifices. His stories have unconsciously fueled the better part of my little adventures.
Time has passed and I find myself on the boundaries of Colorado where, i'm told, snow is still falling in the mountains. Well, I've come with all my most significant memories to see it for myself.
Snowfall in June?! Preposterous. Never you mind the elevation. Never mind the stories and news reports. It's been beach weather since February all along the South East. Blazing succotash!
