Mass Effect 3 left me an EMOTIONAL WRECK. Haven't been able to art until recently, here is what came out when i haven't been bursting into tears at the soundtrack or at youtube videos. But i loved the game and can't wait to get back into it once i get my headspace back.TUMBLR: [link]

I never liked Garrus that much in ME 1 and but I started to like him in ME 2, but his friendship in ME 3 made me love him as a brother. Garrus when you get to the bar in heaven, I buy the first round mate.

I feel like Bioware just flipped me off for the endings...the only thing that kept me from choosing Destroy was because I didn't want to kill EDI or the Geth.

I have a question: How did you do the shadowing of the picture? I have a drawing that i vectored but it looks flat because there is no shadow. Your advice would be appreciated

ooo what specifically? This one was pretty simple-- I work in photoshop, drew the lineart and then put in flat shadow shapes on separate layers then laid textures on them (tutorial here: [link] ) and gradients, changing layer properties and opacities as i go. I just drew in the shadow shape, nothing hard. A couple people have asked me how i do it so i'll probably put up a small tutorial either here or on tumblr in the future.
A lot of my older work [link] was done with vectors in Illustrator and I really like the program. Vectors are made to make everything look flat so a lot of it is layering if you want to make shadows. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask

I made one just like this! Except i like yours better..its happier. I got the ending where Shepard breathed at the end so my picture has garrus waiting at the bar with a beer and another beer next to an empty chair. Just waiting...

Tears to the eyes... yeah I cried a lot too (don't say to anyone...). Your piece is wonderful. I romanced Garrus too, and this line was heartwarming though sad T___T

I just looked at this and I just started crying, man. I didn't romance Garrus or anything but he was my best friend in the game and the moment when I picked my ending-his words just kept goin through my mind. This is what I picutured. So this-this is beauitul. It really is.

best fem romance in the game, the final lines of their romance made me go through almost a whole box of tissues from crying so much. I don't think i've ever seen anything so sad since Rue's death in the Hunger Games
Bioware needs to connitnue this and make a happy ending, if nothing else then at least for Garrus lovers and Tali lovers because they can't end on that sad/heart breaking of a note

Its ok you're not the only one who was left bawling afterwards.EVERY gamer girl I know thats played mass effect 3 has cried even I'm still sad about it.But this is a very lovely piece and i hope you recover from mass effect soon.I also hope there's a 4th game o-o

A beautiful piece. You are very much not alone with the sobbing. I too am an utter wreck. The endings were..don't get me started, and what they did to THANE? I reject their reality and substitute my own! Headcanon for the win!
