Beautifully expressive. The eyes have such softness in them, yet the sense of melancholy is strong. Your use of highlights and colour gives her skin a kind of a porcelain texture, making her appear fragile. Like a china doll. To me, blonde hair has always signified innocence, and your use of this colour certainly contributes to the over all feel of the portrait. Beautiful.
