Urahara Kisuke from Bleach, a.k.a. Mr. Hat-and-Clogs. Such a great character *_*I did this for a contest, but then I realized that digital fanart were not allowed. Too bad...
Anyway, as you can imagine, just MS Paint, ~ 4 hours, maybe something more.
Urahara and Bleach are © by Tite Kubo, the fanart is © by Reichan_24 (me).
EDIT: WoW! I... I just can't believe it! I submit the artwork, and 2 minutes later... It's already in the favs of 7 people! I... Just... Wow... Thank you guys

Ho fatto il disegno per un contest, ma poi ho scoperto che non accettavano fanart digitali. Peccato...
Comunque, come è facilmente intuibile, puro e semplice MS Paint, ~ 4 ore, forse qualcosina di più.
