Jay is 5"10 tall and often stands out because of the pink colors of his clothes, His hair; which is a darker shade of pink with tips fading to white and even his tattoo which is a dark pink rose sleeve on his right arm.His eyes are a very light pink almost white color while his sclera are just like in pokémon form a blue tone. The later is a glitch in the Dittech which he does not mind having and doesn't bother to have fixed.
He wears small stretchers in his ears and has a septum piercing both light blue of color. Jay is a easy going person and found almost always in a good mood. Quick to smile and overall very friendly.

Jay is slightly smaller then your average Sylveon thanks to his houndoom father.

History:
Born and raised in Floaroma town,Sinnoh.
He was born into a family of two elder siblings both eevee's , a mother (eevee) and father (houndoom), Both his mother and father belong to a trainer pair that runs a small flower shop in floaroma town.
His life as a pup was peaceful and simple, he spend his days playing with his sibling and being spoiled by the customers of the flower shop. The later made Jay very trusty of humans.
6 years after there seemed to be commotion under the humans he lived with, He had no clue what was happening.The humans were loud and appeared to be fighting, Not long after the Woman left her partner behind taking him, his mother and two sibling with her. Jay's father being left behind with the woman's counterpart did damage to him, even though he was never very close to his father he still ment a lot to him, He was after all family.
Until this day he has not seen his father and is not sure if he want's to.
The human trainer took Jay and the others on trips around the regions, she became invested in a hobby known as contests. As young as the eevee was jay was carefully trained into a show pokémon, it was something that made jay nervous. But he quickly managed to adapt, he loved being on stage and the love he received from humans around him. Jay was a social butterfree and knows how to steal the show.
10 years went by, Jay had become a true show pokémon, groomed and trained to the finest details.
The trainer had plans for Jay to evolve into a Leafeon, she set up a special training program which evolved his sister into a Flareon and brother into a Umbreon.
Yet, Jay didn't manage to evolve, he was comfortable with himself being an eevee and refused to. This let to frustration with the trainer she had plans and expectations and jay was for the first time not living up to them.
As they reached the Kalos region the human trainer had by now stopped using Jay in contests, if he wasn't going to listen and do what she wanted he was not going to be doingwhat he liked.
Jay felt bitter over this, but had his mind set on not evolving yet. The trainer felt this was enough and left him in care of a pokémon daycare, seeing if they could helpto evolve the pokémon. Even though Jay was a tame and relaxed kind of pokémon, the angst he felt over already losing his father made him scared he would never see his mother and siblings again. He escaped the daycare, and tracked the trainer to the best of his abilities, Once he reached Lumiose City he became lost. The city appeared t be to big for him to still find his trainer. Sad and defeated jay started to wander the streets of the city. Soon he became familiar with pokémon Amie Co. and what they were doing for the pokémon community.
Jay felt that maybe if he was able to obtain a dittech he would be able to find his family again, He reached out to pokémon that where more familiar with the company and soon found himself with a dittech. Becoming used to a pokehuman form took him not to long, he had always been in company of humans and spend his time with them. So taking over their behavior wasn't that hard.
The Eevee now in pokehuman form picked up his search for his old trainer and family. It was easier to find them this way it appeared the trainer had settled in Lumiose and it took him only a little over a year to find her and his family.
But once found it appeared his trainer had already replaced his position in her team, the Leafeon she had always wanted.
He came into contact with his family and together they decided it might be better for jay to not rejoin the team.
Jay now strayed the Lumiose City streets once more, yet felt more relieved, his was still able to stay in contact with his family.But the sting of betrayal was still there,
It hurt to lose someone dear to you, but he let it not shy him away from others.
Soon he found himself in the company of a certain Zorua, the two became rather close almost instantly and stuck together.
Jay felt like he had found a new family, the idiot zorua who became dear to him, the two could almost always be found together.
The other became his closest friend and more,He made his time in Lumiose better, it felt more fun and exciting being there with the Zorua.
One night as they slept huddled up together Jay felt so warm inside, happy and loved more than ever by his friend and lover.
Just like that he found himself in the form of a sylveon.
Like this he still spend his years in Lumiose , sticking together with his Zorua lover and using his new found appearance and confidence to land small jobs.
