I downloaded the Realistic Vision V1.2 model from Civitai mainly because it had a sample image of a photorealistic deer wearing some kind of biker gear. I had some trouble getting it to draw an iguana woman instead of a human woman, but as you can see, this model can get some really good results. I need to see how well it renders the rest of the body with this model.

I only had to in-paint the nostril area. For some reason, the program kept drawing 2 nostrils. And I told it to extend the picture to the right, and it rendered a curtain. When I tried to extend the picture upward, it drew another face. It was annoying, so I left it with her head touching the edge. My goal was just to see how well it could make a lizard person.
