and that's a cute puchiko. a big one too. you got all those little details going on in the outfit and such handled all right too. the pose looks a bit stiff though. but the rest makes up for it.
i'm not sure if i dig the random lines floating in the center of the hair areas though - gives it kind of a rugrats vibe >.> XD;
anyway though. i can't 100% tell who the character on the bottom is because of the density of the lineart <.< but they're probably insignificant anyway, and deserve to be sock'd. owo

I know the pose is stiff but it's also meant to be her just kinda standing casually on top of Noire. And her ingame idle pose is ridiculously stiff. I HAVE AN EXCUSE.
Bah it's meant to make it look more like hair and stuff because it's all super overdetailed on her reference. I don't even know how that is Rugrats.
It's Noire, as announced by her expression. The lineart density isn't the problem, it's that it's a super above view of her head.
