An easy one today because I've been traveling and while traveling, I caught some kind of bug. I hope and expect it's not COVID-19, but I'm taking things a little easier for a few days regardless.

Tam is Maggie's little brother, who struck up a friendship with Tom. There isn't much to his personality at the moment; he's just a little kid who was in a spot of trouble with bullies. In fact, this drawing of him is already the most visually distinct that I've made.

If Tom had been a little more mature himself, he might have procured food for Tam as well, because look at him. Look at those cheekbones. But virtue isn't just an attitude, it's a learned skill, and offering sandwiches simply didn't occur to him.

I last drew Tam more than ten years ago for a 24-hour comic, which has since been sort of resumed and renamed "Virtuous." Tom, or Thomas, is its main character and has appeared in a new page. All the other recurring characters qualify for this challenge on the grounds of them not having been drawn for so long. And in some cases, as with the two kids who aren't Tom, they didn't really have designs yet. I just drew them aw I went along. However, all of them will be back in future chapters.
