By request, here's a hair tutorial. This was the best progression I had for hair, the one specifically requested had been saved over so many times that I lost the sequence of stages x_X Anyway, this piece is a bit old (and unfinished in this tutorial), so yes, there are still lots of mistakes in it.This was done in Photoshop CS3 but you can apply the principles to any program.
