[EDIT] by special request, i added a LITTLE detail to the nose part.
and i also removed the sketchy lines. i forgot to delete the pencil layer.

deadline for FUEL is today. if you noticed, it looks like a lazy artwork.
i finished this around 3AM, and i need some sleep! 
btw for those who don't know, FUEL is the back cover for the features magazine section of our school paper. another example of a FUEL artwork would be the work of , specifically this --> [link]

yes, this is SUPPOSED to be Akemi from Red Ninja: End of Honor (Kekka no Mai) but i screwed it up.
Also, the kanji reads HEIWA, meaning PEACE. now that i think about it, this resembles one of my scrapped akemi artworks. i dont want to link it coz it's a shame to look at it.
kinda looks like techno-matrix-thingie, contrary to the word PEACE since everything looks messy and shit. oh well...
