Musical inspiration: DEADLIFE - Carbon Cult

Scoy is the one to have really weak hands, as opposed to most mourts (and not only mourts) of the Loop. He can't hold someone by wrist hard enough to make it feel uncomfortable, he can't deal much damage with fists. But what he can do is "scissors" - when he repeatedly slashes the spiked sides of his arms at an enemy until he rips 'em good.
