i was thinking walking around and tracking down each page mentally, then going for them once i know where they are, since it takes longer for mr. slendy to get you before you actually pick up a page. what was your tip?

Prepare for a lot of tips.
1. He still follows you even if you have no notes. So don't think he starts stalking after you get the first note.
2. If you take too long collecting notes, Slendy will speed up.
3. The more notes, the closer he stalks. At 5 or more notes, don't look behind you; he's right there!
4. Go to the house first. It takes longer to go through. Yes, notes can be found in the house. Lots of people don't know that because they either didn't risk going through it or never found a note.
5. Notes appear at random. Don't try the same strategy over and over again because you will not always find the notes in the exact same order.
6. Don't spam the run button. It slows you down too fast and makes it easier for him to get dinner.
7. Look behind you slowly, not frantically like seemingly everyone does. If you see the screen getting static-y of you see his arm or leg; look the other way and run.
Oh, and if you go to the blue truck, and through the pipe from that end, literally to your right are some stone pillars' where notes are found.
Don't know if you knew that, but lots of people miss it, so it never hurts to make sure.

i went to the house first though. i got to 6 and could NOT find the last two. i walked around forever! XD and he teleported in front of me. IN FRONT OF ME!! i was like, that is NOT fair, slendy. you're breakin mah ballz.

Yeah, that's happened to me twice.
I swear I had a heart attack both times.
First time it happened, it was still my first or so time playing, and I had just gotten the 3rd note. I turned and walked the other way, and he wasn't there. After about 3 seconds he appeared about 3 FT. AWAY FROM ME.
I screamed and turned around, and he was rightthere and I died. It's like he knew.
