He is a doctor, because of the small device on his hip and he was murdered by lethal injection, because of the syringe, injection mark in neck and smashed phone, probably by his gf, cos he is dressed fashionably, but for some reason she stole his shoes, hence the wet stains on the bottom of his jeans, but not on his socks. Did I get it right?

Thanks for the comment, and appologies for the mega late reply! He's a surgeon that was on a first date, on the way home it was raining – now here's the sad part! I can't remember how it finished! I did this so long ago I can't remember if it was the girl, or someone who made it look like her. To say this is embarrassing would be a tiny understatement

hmmm, well, according to this: [link] he has either fake brown hair dye or some kind of black powder in his hair. I believe the strange mechanical device and the surgeon's face means he has a pacemaker. why would he need a pacemaker? probably a hereditary heart condition, based on the fact that he doesn't appear to be showing any signs of malnutrition. As for the stuff on his fingers... could be anything from mustard, to blood,to ink, to gum to discoloration from smoking-that last one is a bit unlikely due to the fact that the subject doesn't appear to be malnourished or fat. then again the sunken cheekbones could be a sign of malnourishment and not decomposition. the pound sign shows four figures, so this guy can afford pretty nice clothes- or as we see here on the bottom figure- he was on a date. the socks seem to be dry but the pant cuffs are wet. the killer probably took his shoes- but why? the phone looks like an older model, maybe he stores old records on it. and no fingerprints were found. not sure what the gift wrapped package means.
Because it seems to me nighttime, as for the military time stated on his phone, i can only get as far as : Store clerk, lawyer or real estate agent. based on the time, he might also have been coming home from a bar or strip club, trying to book a prostitute, out on a date, or working late at the office.

Close but not quite - though you got a lot of things which has my day! Should be drawing page three at the weekend so hopefully stuff should become clearer... fingers crossed!
