I recently read a pretty interesting manga called: Ookami-Teki Ren-Ai Wairudo Rabu. The main guy is actually a wolf who turns human at night. How long he stays human depends on the phase of the moon. It's a mature manga however.Something happened in the manga where he started to regress in age. He ended up turning into a wolf pup.
