nicely done~ XD I like the hair and the clothing~ (especially the top's design!). You also did a cool job with the clothing concept.
All I think is that you need another value of dark with the skin, just to make it stand out a little more and make some stuff more distinguishable.
Oh and the texture is really cool~
heh, and I didn't notice till now but the snow is really REALLY interesting. It makes it seem like white sparkles falling from the sky. Oh and the background is actually kind of cool o_o
