I love the movies that Studio Ghibli has made so I couldn't help but make an artwork dedicated to them! Though this doesn't have all of their movies, it sure has a many of them(all but 2 of the ones in this artwork I've watched) :3. See if you can guess which ones are there!This is by far the largest artwork that I've ever done, and I don't think I'd do one this big again for a while >w
Note: Still practicing doing backgrounds(namely clouds) >o< Hopefully I'm improving.

Aaay yes. I am obsessed with Studio Ghibli. Lets see: Secret world of Arietty, Soot sprites (from my neighbor totoro and Spirited away), kiki's delivery service plus Jiji, hamster from Sprited away, Howl and Sophie, little totoro and regular totoro, Ponyo, Kodama, Princess Monoke, Naussica, Satsuki, Chihiro and Haku. There did it, named all of them!!!

I have an idea for a huge Studio Ghibli crossover story. While it does have a definite villain, this villain genuinely believes he is doing the right thing. Let's go into it, shall we?
It starts off in the world of Princess Mononoke. One day, Ashitaka wakes up and goes through what seems to be a normal day in Iron Town with his friends, but then Lady Eboshi comes in wearing a purple and red dress, having a menacing look to her, and singing an actual villain song. Ashitaka is confused about why she is acting this way, and because she is bragging about destroying the Forest God, he goes off to the forest to warn San. He then finds that San is now radically different as well given her long hair, dress that now resembles a ballgown to some extent, voiced that has been heigtened several octaves (I think, I cannot quite remember what San's voice was like in Princess Mononoke was like) and all around kinder disposition. Also, she sings a kind song about how people should live their lives in nature. I think there would be a reprise later that adds how evil technology is, all to that same happy music. The biggest surprise is that Okkoto and Moro have inexplicably been resurrected and are troubled because they should be dead. However, not only is the whole forest getting cuter, but Iron Town is getting more imposing.
Understandably, Ashitaka is extremely confused about these events. Just then, two mysterious men wearing trenchcoats and hats come in to warn Ashitaka about the changes that were coming. However, this plan is being enacted sooner than they expected. Ashitaka tells the men he saw the words "Project Kimono" on both Eboshi and San's new outfits. This means Ashitaka only has three days to change them back before the black and white changes become permanent The men give Ashitaka a teleportation gem to access all of the worlds in Ghibli movies to convince San and Eboshi that the world is not black and white. Unfortunately, I have only seen six other Ghibli movies, so the list of characters may be incomplete. However, potential characters that could be used for this story from the movies I have seen include Nausicaa, Lord Yupa, Satsuki and Mei, Kiki, Tombo, Osono, Porco Rosso, Fio, Donald Curtis, Madame Gina, Chihiro, Haku, Wubaba, Ponyo and Souske, and Fujimoto.
After gathering all of these characters, they all go back to Ashitaka's home. With the help of all of these characters, San and Lady Eboshi are brought back to normal. I will not spoil too much, but the antagonist is only known right now as Carter. He is a man who was on the Disney Board of Directors despite being of questionable mental stability. When he watched the Studio Ghibli films, he went off the deep end by how good they were and wants to Americanize them (he thinks it will make said films better). This includes tons of merchandise, altered storylines, and adding Nausicaa, Sheeta, and San (along with any princesses from Ghibli movies that I missed) to the official lineup of Disney Princesses. The characters realize that Carter needs to be stopped to preserve the integrity of the Ghibli films. How will this end? I really don't know right now.
What do you think of my idea? I think it still needs work, but I do not know how to improve it.
