Charlie's shirt grew too heavy and flattened him to the ground. He had to crawl to get his way out. Standing up he realized he was minuscule. He saw the same effect when Jake demonstrated the power of the bottle to him yesterday but it was a completely different experience to try it himself."Try to grab some of the pieces of the bottle," Charlie yelled up at the two giant women slowly approaching him. "See if the water is turning blue!"
It was no use. They couldn't hear him or were choosing to ignore him.
"I can't believe it," said Zelda. "Is this some of that ethyrial power you told me about?"
"It is," responded Charlene. They both stared down at Charlie's tiny and insignificant body. He was jumping up and down and waving his arms. There were noises coming from him but they were too faint to make out as anything but small chirps and whispers. Charlene guessed he wanted to know about the bottle. That was pointless though. It's magic was gone. The water was once again clear and without power.
"Is there anything we can do for him?" asked Zelda.
"I'm sure we can find a mystic to undo the effect," said Charlene. "It won't be cheap though, and I'm not sure what he's done to deserve the price."
"Well," Zelda said with a smirk, "maybe we can think of someway for him to work it off."
