Hey DA! I loved this sketch but I took forever to finish the coloring. Kida mermaid and an octopus!Kida is one of my favorite characters <3 I’m also obsessed with the idea of Atlantis so of course I’m sad that she’s not “official princess” just because the movie didn’t make enough money or whatever reason they made for it.
Also, the texture in the bg is a couple of 's awesome textures with a little modification. ^__^
Edit: I hope the coloring looks better, I adjusted it a little cus it did look a little not true to the character, the highlights were a bit more extreme than I meant originally.

I know right? Such a shame! The second Atlantis was not good (in my opinion) as well sadly. But they should do more merchandising of Atlantis!

Yeah! I didn't watch the 2nd one but the small amount I saw of it didn't really intrigue me much...I think it works better as a standalone story anyway.
I have to admit though, the first movie (which I love) has a TON of parallels to Stargate (movie) XD Which I also like. I just prefer Atlantis...because it's Atlantis! One of the coolest legends ever.
