Description
Commission forSplinter Cell's version of the seal of the Department of Defense. It took quite a while and for a moment I thought I was done, but I was doing the shield of the real one instead of the correct one first. I don't know what exactly was on each part of the shield, but given that it's something related to the American flag, why not stars!
Update: A different shade of blue was used for the shield and the ring with the text.
