Description A "virgin" sacrifice... really?

So there was a concept to this, but it kind of got lost in the process.
At first, it was a human sacrifice to summon evil spirits that would eat the man and grant youth or eternal life to the wicked witches. The spirits were supposed to come out of dark clouds in the form of animal skulls or maybe entire skeletons. But the skulls were a bother to draw, and they didn't work organically with the clouds.

Then I tried to insert a part of my Dante's Hell illustration just to see if it worked. And so the idea shifted a little : maybe the witches were summoning demons from Hell to steal the man' soul for some reason...
I liked how it looked, so no valid reason was required.

Then I added stars in the darkness because... why not. Maybe the cosmos was involved somehow? I liked the look, so it remained.

At this point, this was already getting out of hand, and the rain started to fall. Yes, cosmos rain from hell. I liked the look, and so it remained as well.

After that, I added the cat which I believe is the weirdest thing in this illustration yet, but I needed something in the foreground. And so it too, remained.
And voilà! A witchcraft illustration by me! I have no idea where it came from or what the f#@% these witches are doing, but who cares, witches are awsome!

Only thing i don't "like" is the "modern" chair, would have been much more kinky a rock/wooden altar with the victim tied down
Anyway quite nice work for the rest

Thank you!
There are also some "modern" handcuffs that I'm sure you don't like either!
If you have read the process, that illustration hasn't been done with a clear intend ; it's basically a collage of different drawings put together to form one idea. Originally, the naked guy was made to be tortured/interrogated (maybe a captured hero like in the James Bond movie Casino Royale or something). So the metal chair made sense. Then I left the sketch unfinished for a few days or week, and when I got back to it, I just wanted to make something with candles and smoke. So it just became a sacrifice ritual.
I agree, it would have looked cool with an actual altar, but it required to redraw the guy , and I really wanted to use him. Also, I quite like the concept of old witches from Salem prolonging their life and youth to contemporary times. I had thought to create a more "modern" look for them, but I have no sense of fashion, so I gave up.
