He's a sparkly Chime and loves fooling around. He doesn't have a Child yet, bet He's gonna find one soon ;w;
He loves to jingle himself and almost never stops.

The fur is behind him pointing up, it's not in his bell.

Yes anyone may enter unless they're blacklisted in which case they are already aware and shouldn't want to enter anyway! Also MAKE SURE you SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY TO THE GROUP and make sure you read the species rules pages please please please I've had so many chimes submitted without an eye etc please just read this WHOLE JOURNAL and also the species pages!
