Runner-up sketch prize for of his oc, Vixen.She works for the CIA and is currently out on a covert operation, thus the dress. However the operation seems to be going south as she jumps into action. (No gun required. She's cool like that)
I was going to have it all in grayscale, but I decided to throw in a little color to her dress
