Brilliantly detailed features (eyes, nose, lips) and, by contrast, artfully suggested surrounding elements, as the hair . The neck and torso could gain much if you thought about how to do the same with them as with the head.
Note that the shade (cast shadow) under the chin that falls on the neck is so warm that it advances, instead of retreats.

I love your amazing blending skill, the highlights on the cheekbones and slight blueish tone under the eyes. The only thing that bothers me in this is the mouth- specifically the inside. Are we seeing the tongue, or is her mouth just slightly open? It feels like the inside should be slightly darker for more contrast.
