I've never heard of cyberpunk but if this is what it is I like it.
You have a very nice design on the out fit. I like your use of contrast with that red sleeve.
Hopefully when she's in action her great amount of skill will keep her from getting injured because that outfit makes her looks really vulnerable. > <
The only thing I could suggest to work on is the face. Her nose isn't quite defined so it kinda looks like a pig nose. Could have added in more contour to her face. Also, a cyan ring on her iris would have added to the cyberpunk feel.
Just some suggestions.
