Temperament:
Dim Sum is a sweet, gentle, and big-hearted mare. She's also a little... well... dim, and is a slow learner. Handlers need to stick to the basics and be patient with her, but once she's figured out what a handler/rider wants from her, she's oh-so-happy to please! Very much influenced by other horses around her -- if a herd spooks, she'll loose her little mind, but if she's on a trail ride with an older, wise & bombproof horse, you could land a Chinook on the beach alongside her and she'll be rock-steady for as long as the other horse is as well.
