Mmmhmmm....I do I do I do-ooooh!Meh, just randomly decided to draw Red with a huge snake, because snakes are awesome on so many different levels. As you can probobly tell, I've never drawn a snake before let alone tried and color one.
Yes, Red IS pretending like the snake isn't heavy as hell. And YES it is large enough to eat the poor Foxx. But he ain't nevar scared!
Okay, and this is like 5 hours of work for you people to see, so comment or something XP

Oh wow ^^ Very nice job on the pose! Though the colors on the snake are an issue, the whole piece is very well done. I like the dynamic feeling I get when I see this picture. It seems stable, balanced, and heroic at the same time.

I like all snakes, but I'm much more comfortable with the non-poisonous constrictors(pythons, boas, etc.) If I was to have any kinda of pet reptile it would deffinantly be a Ball Python. Had 3 of those growing up that I loved :3

Nice drawing, though, the snake's texture looks rather a bit too much like a salamander..., perhaps if it had a bit more of... scales? or a bit less of shine?

yeah, I noticed that and was worried it'd look a little more glazed or slimey than it should. As stated I've never drawn before....and I have a bad habit of rarely using reference pictures when coloring so I just guessed. I think the part that may resemble a snake thje most is the section he's holding in his right paw. Problem is is that that was a fluke. I didn't know how I did it and wasn't able to reproduce it again x_x;

Mmm... I think the only think you would have to add to make it look perfect would be the scales from the belly. They have a lot of little scales in all their body but if you're lazy like me XD, in the belly they just have bigger scales that each one cover an entire diameter, so, I'm sure that will fix the salamander look, cuz salamanders have no scales ( >.> omg, am I actually learning in class?

yeah, from noon to 2pm yesterday, then when I got home from work and worked on inking the rest of it, coloring, and shading from 12am to 3am :3

I really like it! The greens make me happy. The snake is nice and shimmery but for some reason it looks like the snake and the fox were colored in completely different styles. They're both nice but just... different.

That and I used more flat shading for Red as....it was 3am and I was tired and that was the last thing I had to do

well, for the belly markings on the snake I used the airbrush tool, something I didn't use on any other part of the picture, that could be it.
