You need Photoshop CC which I believe you have and the beauty of it is you can rotate in any direction and change the global light to work with your lighting.

It's easy all you have to do is rotate and set the light maybe resize. The controls to this are pretty easy so it's a maybe a 5 minute thing to do then just rasterize the 3d layer and it becomes just like any other layer. I don't use the rendering in Photoshop I prefer just to paint and do what ever the optimize the look of the object. The rendering is so slow on my machine is the main reason. When you want to resize or move just make sure all the objects are selected in this case there are only two the ship and bottle.
