Part of a silly idea that may have gotten more fleshed out than necessary--My old character Sam transplanted into the Star Wars universe.

Belonging to a relatively primitive species native to the red deserts of the Outer Rim planet Zerdanak, the force-sensitive Samona was taken as a pup to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant for training as a Jedi. At a young age, she was thrust into battle during the Galactic conflict that would be known as the Clone War.

After the fall of the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order, Samona went into hiding with her master. It was not long before the Empire hunted them down. In a fit of rage at the death of her master, the young padawan tapped into the Dark Side of the force and viscously slew a number of Imperial troops. Eventually, she was inevitably captured and imprisoned. Broken by the Empire's torture, she eventually embraced the Dark Side and was taken into the ranks of the Inquisitorius.

After years of hunting Jedi for the Empire, the Fifth Sister, formerly known as Samona, reached another turning point. After defeating a Temple Guard at an ancient Jedi Temple on Dantooine, Fifth Sister recovered a fascinating lightsaber hilt dating to the High Republic era. Upon taking it, she received a force vision apparently from the ancient Jedi who originally wielded it. Exploiting an opening, she quickly struck down her partnered Inquisitor and, after fighting through their squad of accompanying purge troopers, took their ship and escaped. Now she wanders from place to place, doing what is necessary to survive....
