Manga as well, titled chibi vampire. (some regions, Cheeky Vampire) In my opinion, it was a very depressing end in the manga. I won't tell you why, but I cried.

it just has a huge amount of plot twists, and was kinda pointless. It made the whole series come to a spiraling black hole type of ending.

Actually, the blonde haired vampire girl shows up in volume 5.
They don't say her name then, but she shows up again in volume 13 and her name is Bridget.
