I like how the title match the mood of the picture. It definitely make me wonder if the cat is thinking about something that we don't know. And I like how the way he/she is looking out of the window and everything is blurred so that the cat is the main subject to be noticed - most people tend to have that problem when focusing on one subject.
I can't say it's the most original of all as since I have seen plenty of photos like this, but it's definitely a good photography with good vision, technique, and impact.

Lovely photo. You've gotten a wonderful amount of detail in the fur, and the black and white really makes it stand out. The shot is so stunningly clear where it counts. Very nice.
Critique-wise (since you requested on givengetcritique), the only thing that bothers me is the composition. The plain white taking up the right third of the picture throws it off.It has no darkness or detail to balance out against the (relatively light but still present) detail outside the window on the left, so the picture feels to tip to the left rather than being balanced. I assume that's a curtain or something that you couldn't have moved without disturbing your subject, so the main thing I could think of would be to try and minimize it with a crop, but that would be up to you and experimentation. The only other thing I could suggest would be to add a black matte/border around the edges of the picture. In my experience that'll help to stabilize the composition a bit. But even with the odd white bit, you've got a lovely rule-of-thirds thing going on here, and it's a stunning photograph. Nice work!

I love the texture of this photo. It's nicely focused. However, I wish you had panned a little to the left so we would see less of the huge white distraction to the right and more of the window and what the kitty was looking at.

I love the contrast and values here.
I would only change that White part in the right. I think it's too much and it distracts from the main focus.
