I wanted to do a bridal photoshoot that was a little less stressful than an on-the-spot shoot with an actual bride, so I enlisted the help of Lexi (for those of you who don't know, she's my 16-year-old cousin) who just got her braces off and was DYING for a photoshoot, lol.

I decided it would be cheaper to make my own veils than to buy them (and I'm sure I was right--total supply cost was under $20, I made about 4 veils, and have enough supplies leftover to make, oh, about 10 more, haha), and did just about EVERYTHING for this photoshoot.

For the record, for this shoot, it took about 4 hours to get ready, and I did:

hair
makeup
nails/toenails
styling
photography
editing
made the veils
made the "bouquet"
bought the dress (thrift store, $15)
bought the necklace (thrift store, $3)
provided the earrings
provided the headband (borrowed from my aunt)

My cousin did the modeling (obviously) and provided the shoes and "ring".

Definitely the most effort I've ever put into one photoshoot to date, lol.
