I love how you cheated the composition to the right just enough to allow the viewer to follow her gaze and wonder about what she's thinking, great job!

Very lifelike, great detailing and sculpturing with light and shadows. She has some hard shadows, I assume the model (photo-reference) was lit in that way.
She looks a lot like a girl in my class it's a bit uncanny. I feel like working a bit more on the hair and the eyebrows on my last drawing because this image is inspiring.
