Alright guys.I'm totally into Spec Ops: The Line.
More into Lugo.
Well, since no one really knows about this character, I'm about to create him myself.
Since he speaks Farsi and also looks kinda Arabic, I think, he has Arabic roots.. Is it called that way? o_o
I also decided on him having siblings. Two older brothers and a younger sister.
On this picture I drew him with his sister.

Also, with regard to his nationality - he's likely Hispanic (or possibly Portuguese), given that his surname is Lugo. His voice actor, Omid Abtahi, is Iranian - hence the fluent Farsi - but promotional materials for the game mention that he speaks seven different languages, and being a Delta operator he's likely spent a lot of time in the MidEast.

It's cute...but Farsi is a language spoken in Iran, who are Persian and not Arab. In Dubai the people who spoke Farsi were also likely migrant workers who were trapped since most of the Emiratis fled Dubai when the storms first hit. Since they're (Walker, Adams, Lugo) all Delta, some specialize as linguists.
Plus Lugo draws its name more from Spanish roots.

Well, I never said Farsi might be his mothertongue. Besides since he speaks pretty good English it seems his family has lived in the USA for more then one generation.
He could have learned it later. And I said he LOOKS arabic, doesn't mean his name is, too.

Nah I understand, and actually the voice actor for Lugo was Omid Abtahi, an Iranian-American...so you were close as Spec Ops made Lugo in a slight likeness to Omid.

No idea who where the voice actor comes from. I just like to speculate on these things and I never had a character in game like him before.
Besides that I think Arabic is more interesting than Spanish.
