Leave it to Pinkamena Diane Pie to mop up your worries, real or imagined, with a smile. But if your troubles are with parasprites, she'll also be needing a whole bunch of instruments to round them up. And no, you won't be needing an equal number of Pinkie Pies or other musically inclined ponies for that matter as she can play them all by herself. As to how exactly she can pull that off, who knows? Just keep a lookout for stray parasprites like Gummy's doing, or at least that's what I think he's doing.The stand, figures, tuba and accordion are carved out of Philippine mahogany while the gears, banjo, tambourine, harmonica and parasprites are made from Narra hardwood. The Parasprite wings are made with laquered tracing paper and the cymbals are from sheet metal. The figures are painted in enamel and protected by clear flat lacquer. Pinkie Pie stands at 5" and measured as a whole including the stand and instruments is 8 1/4" tall, 8 1/2" long, and 4 1/4" wide. The entire piece took 129 1/2 hours to complete.

Really cool...but I've got a random question. Where did you learn how to make these? It isn't something you just "figured out", is it?

I'm afraid I have to say that I really did just figure out how to make these. The skills like carving and painting you get better at with practice, but I've always had a high mechanical inclination in 3D space. There are plenty of books and videos though where you can draw inspirations for what mechanism to use in a particular motion.

Not a huge fan of the series, but this is so adorable and the carvings are absolutely gorgeous! The details of the characters are spot on and I absolutely love how the accordion and the alligator move around.
I looked at some of your other pieces and they are equally as amazing. How long have you been doing this type of work if you don't mind me asking?

If you keep at it I'm sure your artistic skill will improve in time and eventually have your work featured somewhere. But right now, taking pics of your Equestria Girls undies doesn't quite cut it. Not judging why you would even do such a thing, but just saying that's not the sort of material most people will find pleasing to the eyes.
