Description
Not a Maunsell-fort but a giant construction material reciever and pre-processor.
Ships would sail up-river with for example sand or cement. Istead of going to a harbor they'd anchor next to the reciever unload their load with conveyor belts on the other side, feeding the plant from the top.
The plant pre-processes the material which is then transferred to another conveyor belt hidden in the bridge leading to the shore and directly to the factory. Very fast and efficient way of production. Needless to say it sees pretty little work, screwed once by the regime change and second by the crisis.
