Theres a piece of hair that is a different colour than the rest on the left. Also when I got closer in the picture I could see where the lasso tool was used to outline the hair. If you could put on a mask that changes the whole picture on a layer then erase the parts you don't want affected I think that would help create a more natural look. It will take longer thought, going in and erasing around different pieces of hair. It's not that you'll have to be really up close with a high opacity eraser. Have your eraser at low opacity to give it a smother transition. The eyes are well done though! Good job.
