I really like this, the colors are very beautiful
However I think that you should work more on anatomy, especially on the arms. The hands are too small, the neck is too long I think 
But I love the details on it, the tatoos (?) on her body are wonderful and also that face in the fire. The fire looks very realistic I think, I love the that this she is holding
As I said if you will work more on anathomy you will for sure get better
BTW this character reminds me a little bit one character of mine who has also power of fire
