I think Iroh would be in his element if they had something like Christmas in the Avatar universe like we do here. Everything about it, the food, singing, the gift giving, he'd be into it and drive everyone around him nuts. And naturally he'd really like that little bit with the mistle toe. I could see him setting up "traps" and ambushing unsuspecting pretty ladies as they walk into it [and of course conveniently ignoring the fellas].
