Description so the number ten spot goes too........ Coraline

Why?
sort of hard to decide who to put in a top ten list let alone number them accordingly, but i gave this spot to my favorite bored but never boring Coraline. i had to fight which one to put from the the Tim Burton movies, it was either Sally from 'Nightmare Before Christmas' or Coraline. i decided on Coraline because although i absolutely love Sally, i just thought she was a tad boring compared to Coraline. now i know you guys may think other whys and might even point out that sally even sings. i'm not saying i hate Sally but compared to Coraline who risks her life to save her parents from the other mom, i just find her more entertaining to watch. and even though i really like Sally's Song, she just doesn't cut it. if she really wanted to save Jack she should have broken those skeleton deers, that would have been awesome to see her all manic like that. and although she did try to save santa clause she still wound up to be the damsel in distress. back to Coraline, i did read the graphic novel and there are some differences here and there. now please forgive me if i get the info wrong i read that a ways back now and i don't remember minute details so i'm gonna try and see what i remember. i know that the black kid, Wyborne, wasn't there and the black cat. and Coraline actually stayed in the real world for a while before going back for her parents. the art style for the graphic novel was a bit scarier but i like it like that. and what i like about the movie is that it still creeps me out a bit watching it. just an FYI, i probably would have ended up loosing my parents just so i don't have to go back to that place, i wouldn't mind crawling in the tunnel while it's moving though that looks fun. i also like the art style for the movie, kind of like mine but not really. now i know this film is not directed by Tim Burton, what i meant was the Burton-esque feeling of the movie.

so what do you think about the tenth spot? comments and feel free to let me know a few facts that i probably wouldn't have known. or correct me if i'm wrong on some of the info

Coraline character owned by Neil Gaiman and movie by Laika
