The rough texture of the denim and the boyish cut of the jeans contrast well with the soft skin textures and feminine curves of the body. The girly hairstyle and the little peekaboo look top it all off. An excellent picture that I have come back to many times.

This pic has some serious skill going for it!
First of, compliments to the great model. Yes, we have all decided that she is cute.
Her pose fits this picture perfectly, as she appears insecure and confused. The setting makes me think of the inside of an insane asylum and the light from what appears to be a window up in the corner helps support this fact. The whole place looks sterilized and clean, thereby allowing you to concentrate on the girl and her pose.
The other posters were also right in another regard. She looks beautiful, and this catches you eye, but it's not sexual. Her eyes stare at the viewer as if searching the viewer for some answer she's looking for in her life. The eyes appear tired and worn-out, as if she's been through a lot in her life.

hm, well, i found her looking into the camera was the only not so great element, it would've been better if she hadn't done that...
but as you put it... i don't think it's that bad anymore... (would still love to see an alternative shot of this without her looking into the camera... is there? if not, gonna fav this one)
