I love the way the light hits the fingers just right, giving them a bit of shine and making them stand out. Not that they need help standing out; the focus is wonderful. The way you've given this a 3D look is just amazing, like the hands are about to reach right out of the computer screen. The positioning of the hands is good too, the fingers look so long.
The lack of colors was a good choice. It makes your model look more dark and mysterious, with the expression in shadow.
