Menka has a great knowledge about all sorts of weapons due to the fact that her sealed form and fated forms aren’t nearly as strong as her true form. Since she was young she has been practicing with weapons from spear to kukri. While in fated form she sometimes fights with her dual kukris since she doesn’t have many attack abilities.

  · Yeti Strength: Menka is naturally incredible strong but only while in fated and true form. When in sealed form she is no stronger than that of a human her size but when she is in fated form her strength is almost tripled. She is able to pick up heavy objects but does have some trouble depending on the size. When in true form her strength is once again increased. She is able to lift and toss massive objects with little trouble and smash with her giant hands. Unfortunately because of her size she is on the slower side so hand to hand combat is the best for her. When facing someone with ranged abilities she is at a disadvantage.

  · Night Vision: Living up in the Himalaya mountains at night can be dangerous but not for Menka. She is able to see at night and also perceive the infrared spectrum which allows her to see temperature variations in objects and the environment. Unfortunately for her, much like wearing night vision goggles, too much light too quickly can blind her for a short time. Also her ability to see people’s heat signatures becomes useless if someone is able to hide their body heat or they are surrounded by area that conceals their heat such as being next to a fire. When going into or out of a dark area it takes her eyes a moment to adjust to the change.

Menka is a very headstrong woman who is confident and strong in her actions and decisions. She is protective of those she cares for and tries to take on her issues alone only to prove that she can. She is able to keep focused on whatever task she needs to accomplish even in the most stressful of situations. She is quick to become aggressive more so in fated and true forms. In sealed form she is able to keep calm better but still has a fiery in personality. She hates not being listened too or told she can’t do something when she feels like she can.

Loyal till the end, Menka will always fight for what or who she believes in even if that requires some unconventional means. She helps out her friends anyway that she can and would never let anyone hurt them without paying for it. She is always wanting to meet new people and is easily excited by new places. She is curious about other parts of the world since most of her life was spent up in the deep mountains. Menka likes to explore and go on adventures.

One of her main goals in life is to travel the world along with proving to her family that she is capable of being out on her own. She loves to have fun in anything that she does. Just because things need to get done doesn't mean it has to be bland.

History: Menka was born in 1983 in a small town of Northern most Nepal. Here her father and Mother spent their time as Sherpa. She went with them most times on their trips taking people up and down from the Himalaya Mountains. When she didn’t go with them her aunt, on her mother’s side, would watch her. From the time she was born to about when she was ten Menka spent much of her time with human children. In 1996 the Nepalese Civil War started. Not wanting their little girl to grow up in such a time they took Menka, now thirteen and moved up into some of the deepest parts of the mountains. This way they would be safe and since she would soon be able to shift forms they would be able to teach her about her mythos side.

Soon after they took leave of their town and moved up the mountain Menka began shifting forms. Her parents were so happy. Her father would take her out hunting and she learned to control her strength and sight abilities. Since she couldn’t always be in fated or true form while out in the mountains her mother taught her to use weapons like Kukri and Spears so that even in sealed form she would be able to protect herself. You never knew what could be up in the mountains.

At the age of nineteen Menka was tired of being sheltered. Her parents still treated her as if she needed to be doted on and coddled. They never wanted her going too far, of course they had good reason since the civil war still wasn’t over. Menka however thought she could handle herself and wanted to go and see the world. She had never been farther then right below the mountains and she didn’t think this was the life for her though she did love her parents.

One day Menka took leave of the house and went out to explore, of course without her parents knowledge. While she was out she went far, far enough that she couldn’t see home just by looking anymore. At first this wasn’t a problem but she wasn’t alone. There were known to be other Yeti on the mountain and even though most of them were friendly not all of them shared the same sweet composure. Looking into the distance she saw a heard of wild Yak fleeing from what looked to be another Yeti. Yak were usually not something they ate, at least not her family. She quickly ran towards them to stop the attack. The other didn’t seem to hear her and to prove a point she head-butted the other yeti in the side. Both of them went falling into the snow. Sitting up as quickly as possible she watched as the other Yeti, with red glowing eye, got back up growling. The yak were luckily escaping but Menka didn’t have as much of a luxury. This was a male and he was much larger than she was. He got up quick and charged after her. She tried to get away and in a scatter tripped into the snow. She would have been killed if not for a pair of Keepers that came to her rescue. Luckily they were patrolling for rouges.
This was the first time Menka had ever seen a Keeper and this moment stuck with her. While they fought the rouge she scurried away, the snow keeping her hidden. She watched from a far as the keepers apprehended the rouge and took him away. She went back to the area and was amazed. Even if she didn’t know they were keepers she thought what they did was amazing. As she turned to go home she found a young injured Yak, its legs had been hurt in the stampede of its family members but sadly its family was gone. Still amazed she took the young yak with her home.

Informing her family of what happened of course they scolded her for going so far but commended her for standing up against wrongful acts. She explained about the people that captured the rouge and they told her about the Chancel. Menka thought a lot about the Chancel and those cool fighters. The yak she had found she ended up naming, Kiran. He would prove to become her closest friend up in the mountains. Many years passed before she decided it was time to make her own path and that path included joining the Chancel of Mythos. She took leave of her home in the Himalayas leaving Kiran behind with her mother and father so that she could go train. She could of course return for her best friend and family from time to time.
