This is an interesting peice. I like the contrasts of the colours, and the colouring itself is splendid. ^^

I like the contrast of colors, it's nice 
But I think the pant part is too "rectangular", and the colouring of shadows and lights on his shirt (I don't know how we say this in english sorry) is too repetitive, and altought he wears a cape, I think we should see his arms, even just a little. sorry for poor english
